Integritetspolicy
Denna integritetspolicy beskriver Univrses behandling av personuppgifter i offentlig miljö – Public Environment Personal Data ("PEPD"). Detta är uppgifter som vi kan komma att fånga in i samband med utvecklingen av vår mjukvara för datorseende (Computer Vision) och maskininlärning.
Univrses utvecklar mjukvara för datorseende och maskininlärning. Vår mjukvara behandlar bilder från kameror för att upptäcka och kartlägga objekt och företeelser i omgivningen. Tillämpningarna omfattar bland annat autonoma fordon och kartläggning av stadsmiljöer i syfte att underlätta förvaltningen av infrastruktur i städer. Utvecklingen av vår mjukvara innebär att data samlas in från olika offentliga miljöer. Som en bieffekt kan den insamlade datan komma att innehålla filmmaterial och bilder på personer som befinner sig i den offentliga miljö där datainsamlingen äger rum. Den kan även omfatta registreringsskyltar på fordon. Denna typ av uppgifter kallas personuppgifter i offentlig miljö – eller PEPD.
Vi värnar om den personliga integriteten. En central del av Univrses verksamhet är att hantera PEPD på ett säkert och lagenligt sätt. Vi är väl medvetna om integritetens betydelse i förhållande till de uppgifter vi har tillgång till. Vi behandlar personuppgifter i enlighet med tillämpliga lagar och förordningar, inklusive dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR).
Vi arbetar aktivt med anonymisering. Univrses kommer inte att försöka identifiera PEPD som förekommer i vår datainsamling. Bolaget vidtar åtgärder för att anonymisera PEPD med hjälp av automatiserad mjukvara som exempelvis suddar ut ansikten och registreringsskyltar bortom rimlig igenkänning.
Vi kontrollerar noggrant hur vi behandlar uppgifterna. I den mån PEPD behandlas kommer Univrses inte att behandla PEPD längre än vad som är nödvändigt för ändamålet att utveckla vår mjukvara. Vi gallrar och raderar PEPD regelbundet.

Legal rights
When Univrses processes personal data, the data subject has certain rights under law. The exercising of such rights is subject to certain requirements and conditions set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data subject has a right to receive information about how Univrses processes his/her personal data. Such data subject has also the right to, free of charge, upon written request receive information about what personal data Univrses stores about the data subject and how such data subject’s personal data is used and processed.
The data subject is entitled to request in writing, free of charge, a copy of the personal data that Univrses has registered about such person. Univrses has the right to refuse to act on such request, or to charge a reasonable fee which covers the administrative costs of the action requested, if the request is unfounded or excessive.
If data subject’s personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, then the data subject has the right to request that Univrses corrects or removes the personal data, including the right to have incorrect personal data corrected.
The data subject has the right to request the erasure of personal data under certain circumstances as set forth in GDPR. Provided that the request falls within one of those circumstances, Univrses will erase such data subject’s personal data.
The data subject has the right to object to personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes.
If the data subject does not wish its data to be used for direct marketing, including profiling analysis, the data subject can notify Univrses by sending an e-mail to personaldata@univrses.com.
Under certain circumstances as set forth in GDPR, the data subject has a right to request restriction of processing of the data subject’s personal data. If so, then the data subject’s personal data will, except for storage, only be processed with consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest. Further, also as set forth in the GDPR, the data subject has the right to data portability in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, for transmitting such data to another controller. The data subject may also have the right to request that personal data is transmitted directly from Univrses to another controller, where technically feasible.
Univrses’ processing of personal data will be limited to only the appropriate, relevant, accurate and necessary personal data for each purpose. Univrses will process personal data only for the specific purposes that such data was collected for.
The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Datainspektionen, datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se) regarding Univrses’ processing of personal data or handling of any inquires related to it.
