La presente informativa sulla privacy descrive il trattamento da parte di Univrses dei Dati Personali dell'Ambiente Pubblico ("PEPD", Public Environment Personal Data). Si tratta di dati che potremmo acquisire nell'ambito dello sviluppo del nostro software di Computer Vision e Machine Learning.
Univrses sviluppa software di Computer Vision e Machine Learning. Il nostro software elabora immagini provenienti da telecamere al fine di rilevare e mappare elementi dell'ambiente circostante. Le applicazioni includono i veicoli autonomi e la mappatura di contesti urbani a supporto della gestione delle infrastrutture nelle città. Lo sviluppo del nostro software comporta la raccolta di dati in diversi contesti pubblici. Come effetto collaterale, i dati raccolti possono includere riprese video e immagini di persone presenti nell'ambiente pubblico in cui avviene la raccolta. Possono inoltre includere le targhe dei veicoli. Questo tipo di dati è denominato Dati Personali dell'Ambiente Pubblico, o PEPD.
Teniamo alla privacy. Un aspetto centrale dell'attività di Univrses è il trattamento dei PEPD in modo sicuro e lecito. Siamo pienamente consapevoli dell'importanza della privacy in relazione ai dati a cui abbiamo accesso. Trattiamo i dati personali in conformità alle leggi e alle normative applicabili, incluso il GDPR.
Lavoriamo attivamente sull'anonimizzazione. Univrses non tenterà di identificare alcun PEPD presente nei dati raccolti. La Società adotterà misure per anonimizzare i PEPD mediante software automatizzati che, ad esempio, offuscano volti e targhe oltre ogni ragionevole possibilità di riconoscimento.
Controlliamo con attenzione le modalità di trattamento dei dati. Nella misura in cui vengano trattati PEPD, Univrses non li tratterà più a lungo di quanto necessario ai fini dello sviluppo del proprio software. Provvederemo a selezionare e cancellare i PEPD con cadenza regolare.

Legal rights
When Univrses processes personal data, the data subject has certain rights under law. The exercising of such rights is subject to certain requirements and conditions set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data subject has a right to receive information about how Univrses processes his/her personal data. Such data subject has also the right to, free of charge, upon written request receive information about what personal data Univrses stores about the data subject and how such data subject’s personal data is used and processed.
The data subject is entitled to request in writing, free of charge, a copy of the personal data that Univrses has registered about such person. Univrses has the right to refuse to act on such request, or to charge a reasonable fee which covers the administrative costs of the action requested, if the request is unfounded or excessive.
If data subject’s personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, then the data subject has the right to request that Univrses corrects or removes the personal data, including the right to have incorrect personal data corrected.
The data subject has the right to request the erasure of personal data under certain circumstances as set forth in GDPR. Provided that the request falls within one of those circumstances, Univrses will erase such data subject’s personal data.
The data subject has the right to object to personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes.
If the data subject does not wish its data to be used for direct marketing, including profiling analysis, the data subject can notify Univrses by sending an e-mail to personaldata@univrses.com.
Under certain circumstances as set forth in GDPR, the data subject has a right to request restriction of processing of the data subject’s personal data. If so, then the data subject’s personal data will, except for storage, only be processed with consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest. Further, also as set forth in the GDPR, the data subject has the right to data portability in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, for transmitting such data to another controller. The data subject may also have the right to request that personal data is transmitted directly from Univrses to another controller, where technically feasible.
Univrses’ processing of personal data will be limited to only the appropriate, relevant, accurate and necessary personal data for each purpose. Univrses will process personal data only for the specific purposes that such data was collected for.
The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Datainspektionen, datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se) regarding Univrses’ processing of personal data or handling of any inquires related to it.
