3DAI™ City

Urbanisation has been accelerating. Demands on city resources are growing out of control as vehicles, people and countless construction works have to coexist in the ever-expanding city area. There is a need to do more with less and the key to that is data.

3DAI™ Engine

Univrses is developing a suite of products to solve complex real-world problems in Computer Vision. They have been developed by our team of expert scientists and engineers. We call this the 3DAI™ Engine.

Follow the latest news from Univrses and the latest research in computer vision and machine learning

Our team of Engineers has been strengthened once again! This time, we have the privilege to introduce Peizheng Yang. Peizheng has a background in Electrical Engineering and has worked in the medical industry before transitioning towards Computer Vision and Deep Learning. At Univrses, he will develop algorithms that will make autonomous vehicles better and safer than ever before.

Welcome Peizheng!

Searching for a parking spot is stressful and a waste of time. But it also causes pollution (around 10% of the transport sector CO2 emissions!), congestion and lost productivity in the urban area.

3DAI™ City initiates a new paradigm in city parking. Univrses is developing technology to deliver on-street parking occupancy data in real-time, enabling drivers to find a free spot - and stop clogging the streets.

Understanding the ebb and flow of people’s movement in large cities is not a new task. With the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitating social distancing is at the top of every city’s agenda. As for many urban challenges, data is key. But when it comes to data about people, so is integrity.

3DAI™ City provides access to anonymised pedestrian density data. A constant stream of aggregated data, helping governments and municipalities to understand people’s movement in urban areas, and enabling more efficient pedestrian traffic planning.

Potholes and other road damage cause harm. To vehicles, to the environment and, potentially, to people. Right now, the city relies on the general public for information about road damage issues.

3DAI™ City introduces a new way of dealing with road damage. As computer vision algorithms process live images of the city, cracks, potholes and other damage can be detected and dealt with immediately.

A functioning road network is one of the fundamental building blocks of our modern society. Today, manual inspections ensure our roads are safe and operational. But these inspections cause disruption, often requiring roads to be closed. And they are expensive. Very expensive.

3DAI™ City reduces the need for manual road inspections. The platform provides real-time reports on traffic signs and other road-related assets. This enables efficient resource deployment - and saves money.

Roadworks - a never-ending part of the urban environment. Yet knowing where they are, their effect on traffic and ensuring that they are safe is time consuming, and costs cities a fortune every year.

3DAI™ City provides access to real-time data about roadworks in urban areas. This enables rapid resource deployment and efficient traffic planning, and it reduces the roadwork’s negative impact on the successful functioning of the city.
